Bill is a bit of a pain in the behind. He started out funny and full of good advice, but quickly became an opinionated, holier-than-thou annoyance that’s plastered all over our Facebook News Feeds. If you have yet to have fallen out of love with Bill, below we will show you how you can join the current Facebook trend and make a Be Like Bill post. If you want to kill Bill, scroll down the page for advice on how to block Be Like Bill posts on Facebook.
How to make Be Like Bill posts on Facebook
You can make a Be Like Bill Facebook post by visiting Blobla’s site or clicking on the link in a friend’s Be Like Bill post. Then you simply enter your name and gender, and click Show my story.
If you like the Be Like Bill post that’s returned you can click Share on Facebook. But don’t do so blindly – for example, don’t tell off people for posting that they’re going on holiday and leaving their house vacant if you too are guilty of this everytime you leave the country. And don’t post that you’re always five minutes early when you’re notorious for being late.
You can try for a more apt post by clicking Try again. Like so: the post below seems pretty apt to us – read our advice on How to block app requests on Facebook.
How to block Be Like Bill posts on Facebook
Thankfully, blocking Be Like Bill is even easier than is adding Be Like Bill. Find an offending Be Like Bill post in your News Feed, then click on the downward triangle at the top right of the post. Choose ‘Hide all from Blobla app’.
Having successfully killed Bill, the post will be replaced with a message stating that you will no longer see posts from Blobla in News Feed, with a link to Undo the change if you wish.
