Running Android One out of the box, which is for all intents and purposes vanilla Android 8.1 Oreo but with timely software updates (handled by Google itself) and minimal bloatware, it offers a pure Android experience and monthly security updates. The second lens is a 13Mp telephoto model with 2x optical zoom. You’ll find a Pro camera mode (as seen in the Nokia 1020) and a Portrait mode for which you can add or modify light sources. Around the front is a 16Mp Zeiss Super Pixel camera that can combine four pixels into one using adaptive sensor tech. Excellent photography capabilities are paired with pro audio, with three mics enabling surround-sound recording. The Nokia 7 Plus supports fast-charging over USB-C, and offers two-day life from its 3800mAh battery.
